had a superb stay at the Five Jumeirah, with a kind and helpful staff making our experience memorable. From check-in to guest services, everyone was attentive and accommodating. the private pool and trattoria breakfast were highlights, with attentive and smiling staff adding to the relaxing ambiance. the rooms offered great privacy, and the cleanliness throughout was impeccable.

They were always welcoming every time we arrived. the room service was fabulous, and the breakfast spread, though the same every day, was still decent. the young waiter Yogesh was fantastic, always helping and taking care of us. the Italian restaurant staff made a mistake with a cocktail but offered a substitute and an apology promptly. the Lavazza coffee machine in the rooms was a nice touch.

Some construction works started early in the morning, which could disturb your sleep if the window is open. the service at the reception was slow, especially during check-out when time is crucial.

The views from Five Jumeirah Village were absolutely breathtaking! My room had a stunning city view, and the expansive terrace with a pool made for a perfect spot to unwind. The dining experiences were exceptional, and the unique culinary flair at Soul St was a highlight of my stay. The hotel's spa offered a rejuvenating experience with luxury skincare products, leaving me glowing from head to toe.

Check-in was a major disappointment, with a 2-hour delay and an overcrowded lobby, resulting in a less than favorable first impression.

The location was fantastic, with convenient access to various attractions. Imran and Tash provided excellent service, making the stay enjoyable.

The room at Five Jumeirah Village was fantastic, with a fully fitted kitchen, expansive terrace, and a pool with a whirlpool tub. The balcony had a chair and table, offering an amazing view of Dubai, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Despite the luxurious amenities, the initial room provided was untidy, with no bathtub and had a view of a building under construction. our request for higher floors was not accommodated, leading to a disappointing start to our stay.

Our room at Five Jumeirah Village was like a dream come true - the spacious terrace with a private pool was perfect for sunset dips. The kitchen was a game-changer for our family, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bathroom felt like a luxury spa retreat. As a family who loves to relax and enjoy the city vibe, we couldn't have asked for a better setup.

The only thing we found less appealing was the limited dining options nearby, but that's just our personal taste.

The Five Jumeirah offers excellent service with a friendly attitude. the 2-bedroom apartment with a swimming pool and a huge balcony is superb. the staff provides exceptional customer service, with special mentions for Horia, Mustafa, and Purty. Access to the private beach is a nice perk.

Reception is on the 5th floor. No complaints.

the outdoor pool area, with its sun loungers and poolside snack bar, provides a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. I opted for a massage at the Spa center which was expertly executed with a professional masseuse and an extensive choice of treatments on offer. Cons: the room was slightly cramped with not enough space to unpack my luggage. this was a minor issue compared to the multitude of luxurious amenities on offer here.

I keep choosing this place because it's perfect for me. First stay, staff helped me with local food delivery. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, rooftop pool, massage, laundry, kitchenette. Coming back for New Year!

The gourmet street food at the hotel is an absolute delight. One evening, as I tucked into a delicious dinner, I felt like I was transported to a bustling street market filled with tantalizing aromas and buzzing energy. The live performers added to the atmosphere, making it a truly memorable dining experience.

The miscommunication about pool timings was confusing and resulted in being removed from the pool multiple times. There was a strong smell in the corridor leading to our room, which was unpleasant.

the hotel at five jumeirah village is super clean and the staff are ready to serve you with the most kindness. the location is great and the free shuttle to the beach club is a bonus. i also loved the hot tub in the room.

There was a minor mix-up with our food order, but the staff handled it swiftly and graciously, topping it off with complimentary drinks. Overall great service with Roy!

I danced to house music favorites and indulged in the vegan beauty treatment—a perfect balance of indulgence and rejuvenation. The funky street food at Soul St tempted me all day. FIVE Jumeirah Village's unique vibe and luxurious amenities made my stay unforgettable. So worth the 30km journey from Dubai Creek SPB for this city escape!

Nothing, all was good.

We stayed in a busy area which wasn't ideal, and the outdoor seating area was exposed. However, the rooms were spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast choices were impressive, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the private pools and hot tubs, and there were plenty of facilities to entertain guests.

The lack of privacy on the Terraces was a concern.

Five Jumeirah Village is our favorite hotel in Dubai by a long shot! the prices, location, food, amenities, and views are all amazing! the check-in process was smooth, and we were even escorted to our room by a personal receptionist. the room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning balcony and a spinning TV in the bedroom. the room service was impressive, and the hotel happily accommodated my partner's dietary requirements. the breakfast options were outstanding, with a wide variety of cakes and a pancake station. the gym was well-equipped, and the staff were helpful. We loved our time at Five and have already booked our next staycation here!

The location of the hotel is great, only a 15-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates. the 4-bedroom sky villa with a private pool was fantastic, providing ample space and amenities for a family or group of friends. the staff were incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.
